Service Description
A small group programme over 3 months offering the benefits of the Explore programme at a more affordable price point. Ideal for those who would like to meet and share experiences with others on a similar journey, these group programmes run at intervals with a specific focus for each course. These can be booked for an established group or you can join as an individual. A series of 6 group sessions, access to a members only supportive online group, and 2 individual coaching sessions with me.
Cancellation Policy
