1:1 Coaching

I know that a structured programme isn’t for everyone. Maybe you want something more flexible, or you feel you don’t need the educational side of a programme but would still benefit from personalised support. That’s why I also offer stand-alone coaching sessions.

My coaching sessions provide a supportive space to explore your unique challenges after breast cancer. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, loss of confidence or identity, loneliness, or finding your sense of purpose again—or you need help creating sustainable habits around movement, nutrition, sleep, and self-care—I can support you in both the emotional and practical aspects of recovery.

 

Whether you need clarity, accountability, or a plan designed just for you, my coaching gives you the space to focus on what truly matters to you.

I also work with your medical team, not against them. I fully support conventional treatment—because I know just how crucial it is. But I also know that surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and hormonal treatments don’t just affect cancer cells; they impact your whole body, your mind, and your day-to-day life.

 

That’s why my approach goes beyond disease management, placing equal emphasis on your energy, sleep, mental health, relationships, symptom control, and long-term wellbeing—so you can truly thrive, not just survive.
